Everything Tastes Better with PB and Chocolate Chips


Even low-fat banana muffins made from a mix. I know this well, because I just whipped up a batch of muffins, and decided to add a few dark chocolate chips and Reese's PB chips. Those muffins are beyond amazing (and yes of course I had to sample one before I dared to serve any to Hubbs!).

I did the same with my whole-wheat pancakes last Sunday. Same delicious result. I'm still not certain what makes the PB-choco chip combination so darn potent and irresistable; I suspect that these two ingredients must combine to form cocaine or heroin or some other equally-addictive drug. I am hooked!

Now to the gym to burn off those calories...
