It took me a little while to realize this, but you know? I lived in HK through the whole SARS scare, and I'm still alive.

It would be interesting, but irrelevant. Sort of like putting down your collection of impressive CDs on your resume.

But if I can outlive SARS, I can handle a group of snotty kindergartners, right? ;)

Hehehe, I was talking with some health care workers about SARS and masks (since that's part of my job).

Apparantly, those surgical masks you wore probly wouldn't really help too much if you were in close contact. Only NIOSH approved respirators are efficient and blocking out particles (such as the ones that cause SARS). Surgical masks are used to protect your face from getting hit by droplets of infectious agents (such as through blood, or cough droplets).

Still, I'm glad you're still around!
